Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Hands down my favorite go to date night place. We always have a great experience. Amazing food. The bartender always makes amazing drinks. I am never upset when here even during busy times they always do great helping keep my daughter happy with side dishes.

Yummy burgers - the place to go for nice burgers. Staff was very friendly, explained us the menu and took our orders fast. We felt in good hands for the night. We had difficulties paying with the payment system, but the staff calmly explained everything to us. We liked it.

Awful management & staff at the Wasilla location! Hasn't been worth the money for years! We literally haven't gotten the correct food or proper service for the last 4 years. EVERYTHING that could go wrong has gone wrong. Check your receipt closely, we are constantly charged for things we didn't order. Rarely are we brought what we did order. We have even been charged for a dessert that we had a coupon for that, ironically, we got for the last time we were charged for something we didn't order. Absolute idiocy!!! Such a shame, we really like Red Robbin.
